Ortho-Bionomy®

Ortho-Bionomy uses a wide varirty of gentle techniques and approaches appropriate for everyone. This includes positioning and moving the body to release stress and tension, and postural balancing and re-education to stop you creating the same tensions patterns so you can use your body in a more balanced way.

The work can be done fully-clothed on a massage table, seated or standing.
