Stress - be it from injury, trauma, or our life circumstances, not only gradually numbs our nervous system, but also creates holding patterns that deeply interfere with our organismic functioning and natural movement.

Sensing MovementThese underlying holding patterns, which remain largely unrecognised throughout our lives, are the cause of many malfunctions and disease. The identification and release of these holding patterns is the central aim of Sensing.

Sensing involves becoming interested in our natural functioning and actively participating in our own well‑being through re-educating the sensory-motor system, thus becoming “movement-wise” again, and reclaiming our vitality.
