Energy Healing

An energy healing will enable you to reconnect to universal frequencies that awaken in you the ability to heal yourself. This process brings in new levels of light and information,which reconnects you to the fullness of your being. There is an expansion of consciousness that occurs which shifts you into new levels of understanding and living.

When our energy systems are disrupted or blocked we are less able to cope, resulting in feelings of stress, which in turn have a negative effect on our physical body. Over a prolonged period this can lead to ill health. By releasing these blockages we are able to repair, rebalance and move towards an optimal level of health and wellbeing.

Energy healing can access all levels of the mind, body and spirit; it is a therapy that is suitable for everybody....you don't even need to have a particular issue for it to be of benefit.

A session involves you lying on the massage table, fully clothed, ready to simply relax and observe. You will close your eyes and be open to receive whatever healing is appropriate for you in this moment. You may experience any number of different sensations including feelings of heat or cold, small movements within the body, dreamlike states, physical or emotional releases. Some people just feel a sense of profound relaxation. Every session is unique and what you experience is always completely appropriate for you. Many clients have found this work to be very powerful and life changing.
